Sometimes a facelift is necessary around the age of 40 because premature aging is present.

Can you have a face lift at 40 years old?

This is mainly due to exogenous and endogenous factors.

Let's look at the exogenous factors: the quality of your diet, tobacco consumption, sun exposure and stress especially associated with lack of sleep.

Endogenous factors: eredity associated with DNA, facial conformation with a receding mandible or a receding chin are contributing factors.


The risks of surgery too early scheduled are not significant, certainly a mini-lift could be proposed in order to reduce the extent of the surgery and the consequence of undermining.
